Collection of access data
The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the User’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requested provider.
The provider uses the log data without assignment to the person of the user or other profiling according to the statutory provisions only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and the optimisation of the online offer. However, the Provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data is, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists.
Collection and use of personal data

Data forwarding to third parties
Users’ data will only be forwarded to third parties if this is permitted by law or if the User has consented to the forwarding.
This is the case, for example, if the forwarding of the data serves the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards the user and the postal address is transferred to a forwarding company after a shop order. Or if the data is requested by regulatory agencies such as law enforcement.

The provider uses ‘cookies’ as part of its online offer. Cookies are small files that can be stored on the Users’ computers and store information for providers. Temporary cookies are deleted after closing the browser, permanent cookies are retained for a specified period of time and can provide the saved information when the online offer is called again.
